Chad Horstman : Vice President of Research and Development

Chad is USWeb's search engine optimization expert with over four years experience in the relatively new area of Search Engine Optimization. It is Chad's job to keep up with the ever changing algorithms of the top search engines to help USWeb clients stay ahead of the curve...and their competitors. As engines get more sophisticated, Chad's job grows more exciting. During his career he has worked to dramatically improve online revenue and branding for numerous sites from online start-ups to fortune 500 companies. After graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems, Chad signed on to be the Director of Research and Development at iCrossing. Today Chad continues to manage and develop innovative approaches as well as software-based solutions for search engine marketing at USWeb. Chad also sits on the Search Engine Committee of the Interactive Advertising Bureau with companies like Google and Inktomi, which helps put together the rules governing this exciting space.
